Can I easily upgrade and downgrade my plan?
Certainly! You have the flexibility to upgrade and downgrade your subscription within 48 hours of completing the transaction, as long as none of the associated services have been utilized. Additionally, you can upgrade and downgrade your plan at anytime and still enjoy access to your tier's services until the end of the subscription period
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we process payments via major credit cards on our platform. If you prefer an alternative payment method, simply reach out to us, and we'll accommodate your request. When contacting us, please specify the subscription tier and add-ons you're interested in, and our support team will assist you promptly.
What does the payment plan look like?
Besides the initial charge, your subscription will renew at intervals of 3 months, 6 months, or annually, depending on your current subscription plan. You have the flexibility to pause or resume your renewal at any time by accessing your account settings.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Certainly! You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription within 48 hours of completing the transaction, as long as none of the associated services have been utilized. Additionally, you can cancel anytime and still enjoy access to your tier's services until the end of the subscription period.
If your recurring payment fails three consecutive times (with a retry attempt every 3 days), your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
What happens to unused services under my subscription?
Unused services will expire at the end of your subscription period. Rest assured, we'll notify you in advance about any remaining elements in your plan. Our goal is to provide complete visibility into your subscription status, empowering you to make informed decisions for the future. We strive to ensure that your subscription ends with all services utilized to their full potential.
